An industry associate of Skill Council for Green Jobs (Skill India), the company through its flagship program “Margdarshak” aims to address IT industry’s greatest challenge of finding work-ready graduates who are adept at "Performance critical competencies" required to deliver business value from day one. We offer an in-person comprehensive mentorship program which provides a transformation platform for engineering students to secure their dream jobs by internalizing work-ready competencies at an early stage, in an industry simulated environment, under the guidance of Industry experts collaborated over a period of two years.
We realized that a successful and contended career starts with getting the job of one’s liking and for that, the skills needed are much more than acquired through mere technology trainings and conventional soft skill workshops. It goes into the realms of performance critical competencies which includes industry best practices, smart working - tips and tricks, management acumen, life skills and technology acquaintance.

In addition, we specialize in all aspects of project management, digital marketing and business analysis and offer advice to help companies mature their in-house processes.
